Hmmm... maybe it's the dark wood??? After 3 years or so, my love affair with the wonderful Coburg has not waned. It's still my second favourite place for a cocktail. I like the way the cocktail menu is divided into the decades that the cocktails were created. My good friend Tim Perkins absolutely had to have a "Marlene Dietrich" even though it's whiskey based and he hates whiskey! Me? You'll find me somewhere between the 1920's - 30's......
